Job Description

The SupremeServ Manager will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth across all market areas within the pumps and valves industry. This includes increasing sales margins, ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotations and orders, and providing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires strict adherence to KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd policies, with a strong emphasis on surpassing sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key AccountabilitiesPlan, schedule, and control service activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and identify sales opportunities. Coordinate with departments for timely documentation and cross-sell services. Promote mechanical seals, SES, retrofit, and reverse engineering services during customer visits. Grow and diversify the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and service offerings. Provide tailored solutions to customer needs and generate additional revenue through service upgrades. Maintain service records, analyze performance, and track sales activities to foster growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, promote sales growth, and continuously improve service quality. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Comply with and enforce all KSB Pumps & Valves (Pty) Ltd policies and procedures, as well as carry your duties in a manner which conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd Health and Safety Policy. Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time.

Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required.
EDUCATION: Mechanical Engineering Diploma / Millwright
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a service workshop/sales environment,
preferably in pumps and valves, with OEM product knowledge.
Working experience in SAP and C4C, with a solid understanding of their functionalities.
Hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumps, valves, and systems.
Sales experience in upselling mechanical seals, retrofit services, and meeting sales targets.
Electrical experience would be advantageous
REQUIREMENTS: Proven leadership in managing, training, and mentoring a team of technicians, promoting high productivity and
service quality.
Proficient in maintaining service records and using service management software (e.g SAP, C4C).
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and enforcing safety procedures.
Experience managing inventory and spare parts to ensure timely availability and support service sales.
Proven success in managing budgets, cost control, and driving revenue growth through service offerings and
repairs.
