Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery of sustainability projects:

  • Conduct carbon footprint assessments for organisations and products
  • Conduct carbon footprint verification
  • Develop CDP and other sustainability public disclosure responses for organisations.
  • Conduct Sustainability Gap assessments for organisations
  • Develop sustainability policies and action plans.
  • Assist sustainability strategy development and monitoring
  • Assist with identifying potential new clients and putting together project proposals and service agreements.
Document Control
  • Keeping the site-specific maintenance records up to date by logging the specific dates that plants were serviced.
  • Review of post construction handover documentation and ensuring that the electronic copies are captured into the relevant O&M folders on SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with TFS legal ensuring that the relevant SLA is completed for each project.
  • Coordinate with the TFS Project Manager, Engineer and Construction Commissioner in respect of the requirements of Project Review (PR) 5 & 6.
  • Ensuring that all deliverables are complete prior to project take-on.
  • Monitor plant in accordance with the O&M contract.
  • Notify contracts for renewal 3 months prior to contractual end.
  • Generate quarterly performance reports for Asset Owners per Portfolio.
Sustainability Data and Insights Management
  • Collection and analysis of non-financial data, including:
  • Data collection
  • Data review
  • Investigation of variances
  • Identification of improvements in data quality.
  • Tracking of data to evaluate clients sustainability performance and progress against sustainability targets.
  • Provide recommendations to improve clients sustainability performance based on collected data.
  • Internal TFS sustainability data collection and reporting at the Group level.
Client relationship and sustainability advisory
  • Build relationships with sustainability clients in order for the Sustainability team to maintain current service offerings and drive new opportunities.
  • Provide Ad-hoc sustainability advice to existing clients.
  • Provide Ad-hoc sustainability advice to other departments in the Company (as required).
Sustainability research and presentation of findings
  • Conduct sustainability research based on international best practices.
  • Review relevant sustainability legislation to advise existing clients.
  • Compile sustainability reports.
  • Prepare and deliver sustainability presentations to clients.
