Core qualifications, Skills set, and Experience MUST INCLUDE:

Post graduate science or engineering degree in Environmental or similar field
Must have successfully managed and completed (as lead) at least 5 Green Building Star Certifications
Must be qualified as an Accredited Professional with Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA)
Must be a team player
Critical thinking and obsessive attention to detail
Good project management and people skills
Exemplary work ethic and not afraid to much in to get the job done
Must be tough and have the ability to beat deadlines
