Troubleshoot & analyze issues like a pro surfer reading the ocean
Deploy, implement, and monitor software updates xe2x80x93 no rogue waves allowed!
Provide 2nd/3rd line support to keep operations smooth
Manage SQL/PostgreSQL maintenance like a seasoned lifeguard
Communicate with stakeholders & ensure service levels are totally tubularWhat You Need to Ride This Wave:
Matric + IT Degree/Diploma (or gnarly work experience)
Minimum 2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in payments & transactional processes
SQL/PostgreSQL skills xe2x80x93 bonus if you've got Linux & cloud chops
Experience with switching solutions & financial transaction processing
Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities xe2x80x93 no panic paddlers here
Killer communication skills xe2x80x93 keep the team stoked & in the loopPersonal attributes:
