Location: Remote, InternationalJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleThe Syndication Specialist will oversee the strategic distribution of our video content across all social platforms. The primary focus of this role is to take short-form video and static content and expand its distribution across Facebook and other platforms, ensuring it reaches the widest possible audience while maximizing engagement and revenue.The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and proactive in adapting to platform changes to protect and enhance monetization opportunities. They will be responsible for maintaining the companys content organizational workflow, ensuring seamless handoffs between departments, as well as making sure that all cross-posted videos and content are optimized for specific platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage content. Own the distribution and optimization of short-form and static content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.Upload content. Upload 15+ posts per day across platforms to increase impressions, engagement, and shares. Ensure metadata, captions, thumbnails, and formats are optimized for each platform.Social is 24/7. News breaks on nights, weekends, and holidays. Working shifts during these times is part of the job and required.Syndicate & optimize content. Take short-form video content and ensure it reaches the widest possible audience across Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Leverage automation tools where possible to streamline posting and maximize efficiency.Monitor & adjust based on performance. Track content performance in real-time using platform analytics and 3rd party tools. Run A/B tests, refine distribution strategies, and adjust posting cadences based on engagement trends.Ensure brand compliance & monetization. Maintain adherence to monetization policies and brand guidelines. Flag and troubleshoot demonetized or restricted content while ensuring all syndicated content aligns with company and platform standards.Improve workflows & collaboration. Maintain seamless handoffs between editors, producers, and social teams. Heres what a day might look like:Check internal content pipeline for new videos that need to be formatted and scheduled for distribution.Review Low Batterys latest videos and determine which ones are best suited for syndication.Ensure all metadata, captions, thumbnails, and aspect ratios are optimized for each platform.Schedule cross-posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, making adjustments based on platform-specific trends.Respond to any urgent requests or monetization concerns, ensuring no content gets flagged or demonetized.Dive into analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics) to check engagement, watch time, and revenue trends.Identify any underperforming content and tweak titles, captions, or thumbnails to improve performance.Work with video editors and social teams to adjust content based on data insights (e.g., shorter cuts, different aspect ratios).Research trending content on competing pages and platforms to identify new syndication opportunities.Prepare reports for leadership on whats working, whats not, and recommendations for the future.By the end of the day, the Syndication Specialist will have ensured the companys content is widely distributed, optimized for performance, and generating the maximum possible revenue.Skills & QualificationsDeep understanding of digital content distribution and platform algorithms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).Experience managing content across multiple platforms with a focus on monetization.Strong knowledge of social media best practices, SEO, and content optimization.Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics).Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Experience using scheduling and syndication tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.Working knowledge of video and photo editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and understands the business side of content distribution.
