Synergy Contact Centre based in Umhlanga which is rapidly growing is recruiting for various positions :
QA Agents (REF : TON260220)
Job requirements :
- Minimum of six months International QA experience (Utilities (energy) experience preferred)
- Excellent listening skills
- Proven performance track record from previous job
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite package’s
- Must have a good knowledge and experience about Quality processes / reporting
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Clean criminal record
- Matric or similar NQF level of education
- Reliable transportation to commute to Umhlanga
- Available immediately
Working hours – 09h00 to 18h00
Salary on offer – R5000 inclusive of an attendance bonus

Sales Agents (REF:TON260220)
Job requirements: · Minimum of six months International energy/utilities outbound sales experience
· Excellent command and use of the English language both written and speech · Proven performance track record from previous job post
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite package’s
· Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
· Must be able to achieve sales targets
· Have a passion for sales and ability to demonstrate excellent sales techniques to win over customers
· Be able to multi task & navigate through various systems on PC · Work well under pressure
· Be able to work overtime and shifts upon request
· Matric or similar NQF level of education
· Reliable transportation to commute to Umhlanga
· Available immediately
Working hours : 11h00 – 21h00
Salary on offer : R5000 inclusive of an attendance bonus + commission
