This will help us excel at providing a super gaming experience to our customers and stay ahead of the game.What youll be doingThis position involves analyzing requirements in collaboration with Product, configuring SaaS platforms, ensuring system integrity, and aligning business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the relevant platforms, business requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:Requirements Analysis

• Work closely with the Product Manager to translate the problem statement into system requirements, e.g. configurations, mappings, workflows, etc.
• Engage with product to ensure business requirements are optimally configured and set up in the system.
• Document use cases, workflows, and system interactions related to mitigating and managing customer and business risk.
• Conduct gap analysis between current solution implementation and platform capabilities to recommend appropriate solutions and configurations.

System Design and Implementation

• Drive the configuration and customization of SaaS platforms.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and development teams to implement and optimize SaaS solutions that meet business objectives.

Business Operations

• Support the design and implementation of controls and automated workflows to mitigate business and customer risk by ensuring the necessary governance is in place.
• Stay up to date with relevant industry regulations and ensure systems remain compliant.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality, integration, and performance.
• Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and drive resolution of system defects or gaps with vendor specialists and Product Management.

Support and Continuous Improvement

• Provide ongoing support for SaaS products, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new features and updates effectively.

Documentation and Training

• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

• At least 3 years of experience in a system analyst or product analyst role, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience working in a technology environment
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflows in SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of programming concepts and system architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations

Desirable skills youve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
