Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration technologies, including REST API and SQL Databases. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with both developers and customers, acting as a key stakeholder in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document system requirements for retail applications. Design and implement integration solutions using REST API and SQL Databases. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of systems. Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements and provide updates. Act as a liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied with the progress of projects. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues. Implement Point Of Sale (POS) software and understand the basic flows of data within the system to other ERP systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.(preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in the retail industry. Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including REST API and SQL Databases. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills

Experience with other integration technologies such as SOAP, XML, and JSON. Knowledge of retail software systems and applications. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Ability to speak both English and French Fluently.
