Job Description
Co-ordinates, plans,supervisors, and facilitates the completion of revenue special projects.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Analyse and plans projects.
- Supervises the completion projects.
- Investigate, implement system enhancements and correct system generated errors.
- Liaise with the customers and resolve queries.
- Liaise with various departments and attend meetings.
- Raise charges and Revenue internal controls.
- Prepare reports and replies to and monitors correspondence.
- Supervises and monitors staff perfomance.
- Update customer database and create accounts for new customers.
- Consulting.

- Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Financial Information Systems, or Information Systems or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Financial Information Systems, or Information Systems or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 4 Years relevant experience.
