Job Description
Key Responsibilities:System Development & Maintenance:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize internal business systems.
- Ensure system security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Database Management:
- Manage and maintain SQL databases, including data integrity and security.
- Set up and optimize relational databases for various operational need
- Work with Sage Evolution, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, Smartsheet, Excel, Connecteams, and Pipedrive to streamline business processes.
- Implement API integrations between various platforms.
- Set up standard operating procedures
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
- Create automated data visualizations for decision-making.
- Mobile & Web Application Development (Advantageous):
- Develop and maintain mobile applications to support business operations.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility for different user requirements.
- Senior Certificate (Essential)
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in system development and database management
- Strong SQL database knowledge and management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must Provide Proof of Competency)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (Essential)
- Experience with Smartsheets (Essential)
- Power BI Reporting Expertise
