monitoring and management. Our new Energy Management System (EMS) is poised to transform the renewable energy
landscape, and were looking for an exceptional Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for bridging the
gap between our internal development team and the customers and partners who rely on our technology.RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary technical support interface for customers,
distribution partners, and the internal development team.
Review, interpret, and communicate requirements from single-line diagrams (SLDs) for solar plants and associated equipment.
Assist in the integration and troubleshooting of Ethernet, CAN bus, and RS485 communication systems.
Provide guidance and training to partners and customers on the
installation, use, and maintenance of our products.
Collaborate with the development team to relay customer
feedback and support product improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides and FAQs, to support customers and internal teams.
Conduct on-site or remote technical assessments and
troubleshooting as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 5+ years of work experience with at least 2+ years working with renewable energy systems.
Hands-on experience with Ethernet, CAN bus, and RS485
communications.Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in reading, interpreting and drafting single-line
diagrams (SLDs).
Familiarity with solar inverters, energy storage systems, and
monitoring equipment.
Experience in sizing of solar, bess and generator plants, with energy management as a bonus.
Understanding of electrical standards and compliance regulations in the renewable energy industry.SKILLS:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Education:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is
required.Mindset:
