Systems Engineering Supervisor
Job Description
As the Systems Engineering Supervisor you will lead the design, development, and implementation of systems installations. Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, you will manage a team to achieve all required deliverables and day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities include designing systems that meet manufacturers' guidelines, functional requirements, and certification standards while ensuring manufacturability, serviceability, and cost-effectiveness. You will create CAD models, perform system calculations, and manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) system. In addition, you will lead your team by setting priorities, managing performance, and implementing training plans. You will support production by providing technical explanations, assisting with new processes, and ensuring quality checks. Your role will also involve stakeholder support, including aiding manufacturing engineers, logistics, and warranty departments.National Diploma in Engineering or related.5 10 Years of relevant experienceExperience on SolidWorks CAD and PDMManufacturing experience would be advantageousKindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
