Your Impact:The Systems Implementation and Data Solutions Specialist will leverage their deep understanding of Kuba Payxe2x80x99s advanced Automated Fare Collection (AFC) solutions and datasets to lead and execute complex project implementations. This role ensures seamless integration of Kuba Payxe2x80x99s technologies, including the eBrio 157, RSA2.1 and KubaPay back office systems, while providing data-driven insights to enhance client operations and compliance with NDOT standards.Key Responsibilities:System Expertise:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Kuba Payxe2x80x99s eBrio 157, RSA2.1 and KubaPay back-office solution, and related AFC systems.
• Provide technical guidance on the integration of solutions for new and existing customers.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to internal teams and clients on system functionality and optimisation.

Project Implementation:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Kuba Payxe2x80x99s AFC solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Work with Project managers to develop project plans and implement projects.
• Ensure seamless deployment of Kuba Payxe2x80x99s solutions, including datasets, topology and financial reporting (BI) tools.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges to minimise client disruptions.
• Training of clients on Kuba Payxe2x80x99s solutions.

Data Management and Analytics:

• Design, develop, and maintain datasets and reports tailored to the Traditional Bus Market transport and Bus Rapid Transit sectors.
• Ensure data compliance with NDOT standards and maintain integrity across Kuba Payxe2x80x99s systems.
• Analyse operational and financial data to identify opportunities for client improvements.
• Support the creation of comprehensive operational and financial reports for stakeholders when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with clients to understand specific transit needs and adapt Kuba Payxe2x80x99s solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with Kuba Pay departments including L1/ L2 support teams, engineering department, Sales, Finance and project teams.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging trends in AFC technology and public transportation solutions.
• Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance the scalability and efficiency of Kuba Payxe2x80x99s offerings.
• Assist Project Managers to conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive future enhancements.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SQL, or Data Analytics certifications) is advantageous.
• Proven experience in implementing AFC systems or similar technologies within the public transport sector.
• Strong understanding of EMV-compliant systems utilising AFC systems and NDOT standards.
• Knowledge in database management tools (Oracle SQL Developer, QlikView) and data visualisation platforms.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex, cross-functional projects.
