Job Summary As a Systems Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the companyxe2x80x99s core infrastructure. Your responsibilities will focus on server management, network monitoring, containerized services, system reliability, and incident response.Key Responsibilities:

• VM & Database Management xe2x80x93 Assist in managing and maintaining servers, databases, monitoring software, and internal services to ensure reliability and performance.
• Network Monitoring Tools xe2x80x93 Develop and optimize network monitoring tools to improve outage response times.
• Containerized Services xe2x80x93 Help maintain and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• System Integration & Redundancy xe2x80x93 Support security, performance optimization, and redundancy efforts to enhance system reliability.
• Documentation & Improvement xe2x80x93 Work with senior team members to document and refine internal systems and workflows.
• Incident Response xe2x80x93 Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Experience with virtual machines (VMs), databases (MongoDB, SQL), and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized service deployment.
• Strong understanding of network monitoring and system performance optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices and redundancy strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
