Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
A well-established company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Very good compensation package on offer subject to qualification and or experience plus internal career advancement opportunities.
Key Performance Areas:
Assist traders with logistic planning
Stock allocation
Load instruction preparation and coordination with forwarders/cold stores/transporters
Arrange preloading protocol for various markets
General logistic duties: Labelling, inspections
Due Diligence contact and coordinator
Local retail trading assistance
Requirements:
Experience in a logistics environment
Industry experience in the Wine industry
Relevant qualification beneficial not compulsory
Hard-working, eager to learn new skills and flexible in taking on new tasks
Thrives in a pressured environment
Excellent team player
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English & Afrikaans)
