• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the resourcing team to drive effective talent searches.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through interviews, screenings, and evaluations.
• Develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job briefing to candidate placement and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to agreed SLAs.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and collaborate with HR during the onboarding process.

Market Research and Intelligence:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
• Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to offer guidance and advice on the recruitment process.
