The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services sector. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company's strategic objectives and values.DUTIES AND DAILY RESPONSIBILITIESTalent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and identify potential candidates.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates through screening, interviews, and assessments to determine suitability for roles.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience.Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and hiring status.ROLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on financial services preferred.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for diverse roles.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently.Experience in creating and building a candidate pipeline for various roles.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
