Job Description


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, attract top talent, and provide a high-quality candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance for various roles within the organization.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, identify, and screen potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through job postings, recruitment marketing, and building relationships with candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Previous experience with WorkDay is advantageous. (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
