  • Grade 12 (NQF4).
  • 3-year degree or a diploma in human resources management or related studies
  • A Minimum of 3-years experience within a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies, including people pipeline development and implementation
  • Knowledge of legislation applicable to recruitment and selection
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, and research skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • Computer literacy essential (MS Office)

Key Performance Ares
  • Develop and implement a resourcing strategy that optimizes and enhances recruitment.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular feedback by means of meetings and reporting.
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants and potential candidates using various recruiting techniques and platforms.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and professionals to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with professional associations, organizations, and tertiary institutions nationally.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking, and other recruitment events to source for example graduates, interns, and learners.
  • Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Implement, maintain, and coordinate pre-employment assessment centres nationally.
  • Implement and maintain the Official Recruitment Platform of National Renal Care.
  • Assist in creating employment branding campaigns.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and any other duties as and when required.
  • Coordinate Succession Planning within the organisation as part of ensuring a pipeline of applicants.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.
