Job Description


Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the telecommunications industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals in telecommunications.
Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Market Insights and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks within the telecommunications sector.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Employer Branding
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns, industry events, and partnerships.
RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
  • 35 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical, operational, and executive-level roles.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge
  • Familiarity with telecommunications technologies, trends, and workforce demands is highly desirable.
