- Develop and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the charge in ensuring compliance with South Africa's Employment Equity Act, including setting and monitoring equity targets
- Spearhead innovative talent development initiatives to foster employee growth and retention
- Collaborate with the Learning, DEI & Change Manager to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the talent lifecycle
- Elevate the company's employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the logistics industry
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive informed decision-making
- Mentor and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and a Talent Administrator
