Work DescriptionThe HR Talent Management Practitioner II is responsible for providing support and implementing Professional Development activities that focus on Transformational activities such as Training and Development, Performance Management and Talent Management Initiatives within the business. The HR Talent Management Practitioner II supports the analysis, co-ordination, reporting, administration, and implementation of initiatives pertaining to Organisational culture/Wellness programmes, Talent mobilisation, Succession planning, DEIB, People capacity and Organisational development/design (People architecture and Change management).Primary Work Objectives and Functions

  • Co-ordinate and support Succession Planning activities
  • Co-ordinate individual development planning activities
  • Analyse the consolidated information on the learning & development programme.
  • Support training needs analysis & evaluation based on developmental gaps identified in Transformation
  • Support job analysis and design
  • Consult & coach line management in the application of performance management processes.
  • Co-ordinate Organisational culture/Wellness programme activities
  • Support organizational development interventions.
  • Support and assist in developing change interventions.
  • Design and present training programmes
  • Design and present fun and interactive wellness interventions
  • Support and assist with Career pathing, Leadership development and Workforce planning as the liaison between the Corp Ops Division and other operating units and work closely with divisional site managers to understand and meet their needs.
BBBEE and Employment Equity
  • Quarterly coordination of EE Committee meetings
  • Attend EE meetings.
  • Develop Meeting Management protocols, processes and procedures for administrative support for EE and BBBEE programmes.
  • Prepared presentations for EE Training and Consultation
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Achieve Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Ensure Stakeholder targets are met.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, when necessary, towards the achievement of company and departmental goals
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and requests for support.
TimeouslyLearning and Development
  • Report on Study Assistance data
  • QMS administration for training delivered
  • Administer learner support.
  • Provide support and facilitate training
  • Percentage L&D alignment to WSP WSP/ATR
  • Document upload & submissions for WSP WSP/ATR
  • Roll out Aurum Values Charter and reinforce the behaviours.
Organizational Development and Organizational Design
  • Provide support for the implementation and monitoring of change within the company.

  • Coaching and Mentorship
  • Supporting the achievement of Change objectives
  • Role profiling
  • Job analysis and design support
  • Competency modelling and assessment administration
  • Talent Competency Gap Reports
  • Career Development and Personal Development Plans
  • Talent process and practice compliance across divisions
Performance Management
  • Performance Management activities
  • Assist in ensuring quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Support in monitoring and administering the performance management process.
  • Support the existence and monitoring of the implementation of the Performance management Policy.
Talent Management
  • Attend succession planning meetings.
  • Coordinate Succession Planning activities
  • Coordinate Individual development planning activities
  • Provide support in ensuring the structure and integrity of the overall system.
  • Provide quality assurance to ensure effective implementation of the system.
  • Maintain a record-keeping system.
  • Manage the HR Systems and Management Information Systems (relevant modules)
  • Adhere to and support the existence of a Talent Management Policy
Wellness Programme
  • Support the cost-effective and integrated EAP and wellness service.
  • Provide additional support for the facilitation of EAPs.
  • Ensure that the goals of the Wellness Programme (number of employees reached) are achieved.
  • Achieve stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Provide Logistical support for initiatives/ events.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of EAPs.
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
  • Support DEI initiatives
  • Coordinate DEI interventions and focus groups
Psychometric Assessments
  • Administer Psychometric assessments.
  • Write developmental reports
  • Provide developmental feedback to succession candidates/ recruited candidates
Education
  • Honours or masters degree in business management, Industrial Psychology, Management Sciences, Human Resources, or other related fields.
Experience
  • At least five years of experience in Talent Management
  • Registered Industrial and Organizational Psychologist (registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa)
