SUMMARY:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning while supporting company strategies.POSITION INFO:You must be an experienced Talent Manager within a manufacturing sector (preferably a multiple-plant production environment with a strong technical focus), coupled with some Generalist experience supporting the succession plan.This position is only available to South African citizens.A relevant degree such as a B.A., B. Soc. Sci., or , preferably in HR Management, is required.

  • You must have over 10 years of post-graduation experience in recruitment and skills management. This includes payroll experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, while familiarity with SAGE payroll is preferred.
  • You will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to drive initiatives.
  • You should exhibit reliability, accuracy, a passion for meeting deadlines, and excellent communication skills in English.
Key responsibilities include managing employee recruitment, talent development, performance management, career progression, and succession planning.The role involves coaching and mentoring employees and managers, implementing company strategies, and supporting the HR Manager as needed.This position offers a challenging and impactful opportunity for a driven professional to contribute significantly to organisational success.
