Minimum 8 year experience as a Generalist in Human Resources, 5 years in a leadership role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee''''s, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting
Specify projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements
Plan, develop and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation
Comply with submission of all statutory reports
Responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division
Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process
