QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • Bcom Hons Human Resources Degree
  • Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA
  • Minimum 8 year experience as a Generalist in Human Resources, 5 years in a leadership role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee''''s, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting
  • Specify projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements
  • Plan, develop and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation
  • Comply with submission of all statutory reports
  • Responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division
  • Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process
