Job Description


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Bcom Hons in Human Resources or related degree
  • Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA
  • Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within HR
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete employee life cycle, from on-boarding to exiting, including contractors and vendors.
  • Manage administration and document control processes.
  • Lead and execute projects related to employee management, from setting objectives to budgeting and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement HR processes that align with operational scope and legal requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
  • Administer various HR functions such as pension, leave, grievance, performance appraisals, and more.
  • Specialize in areas like employee benefits or pension administration, depending on the role.

  • Excellent listening and understanding abilities
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to act with discretion while being assertive yet compassionate
  • Innovative, with strong coaching and business management skills
  • Budgeting and financial control experience

  • Highly proficient in computer literacy and HR systems
