• Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
• Placement Success: Successfully match candidates with client opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a commission-only environment.
