Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute the process of collecting food samples as per QA documentation requirement
• Manage the entire fleet of cleaners and cleaning processes as per company requirements.
• On the job Training as per company requirements as per QA and Qpro requirements
• Full execution of kitchen and Food court maintenance plan with daily logging and follow up schedule as well as weekly submission to all stakeholders concerned
• Maintain orderly filing system of relevant records and reports as per Qpro requirements.
• Ensure that the Companys standard on cleanliness and hygiene is adhered to
• Issue warnings for non-compliant of health and safety procedures
• Follow up on progress of each unit
• Resolve complaints in an effective and constructive manner, informing all stakeholders on resolution
• Manage all IOD claims and submissions
• May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent
