Join our successful team of experienced Consultants and assist with the shortlisting and screening process for our Key Accounts. The role is to recruit for our existing clients so "business development" and telesales is not required.POSITION INFO:
Matric and a minimum of 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential
Experience in a "generalist agency" environment will secure
Ability to work on junior and senior level vacanciesThis position is office based, desk bound and situated at our premises in Bedfordview on a full time basis, until the roles is hybrid after 3 - 4 months
No traveling is required for this roleDutiesManage and control the candidate process for your roles from A - Z ie. sourcing, screening, interviewing and short listing suitably qualified candidates for permanent roles
You will manage the "candidate process" from start to finish
Thorough and detailed screening is required
Interview candidates and shortlist accordingly
Liaise with the Key Account Manager in the team and provide feedback on your shortlisting progress daily
Work within a fast paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met
