Job Description


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to join our HR operations team. This role combines talent acquisition responsibilities with administrative duties to support the hiring process and HR operations, specifically for store retail positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as onboarding new talent. Additionally, they will ensure smooth administrative workflows related to recruitment and employee management.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open retail store positions.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to define job requirements and create job postings.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Manage job boards, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate bulk interview days, manage hiring activities, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Onboarding & Employee Support:
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including document collection, background checks, and orientation.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees by coordinating training sessions and providing necessary resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Administrative Duties:
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment, such as organising files, processing paperwork, and maintaining records.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, employee data, and HR-related statistics.
  • Support HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll assistance, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage correspondence related to hiring and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and events related to recruitment and talent management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Labour Laws and HR Best Practices.
