Kern doel van die pos:Die identifisering, behoud en ontwikkeling van talent intern en ekstern. Verseker voldoende talent en doeltreffende talentbestuur.Minimum Vereistes:

• Toepaslike B- graad in Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur of ekwivalent;
• 3 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in menslike hulpbronne (opvolgbeplanning, talent pyplyn, werwing en opleiding);
• 2 jaar ondervinding in werwing en keuring in die landbou sektor sal tot voordeel strek;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
• Goeie organisasie vaardighede;
• Probleemoplossingsvaardighede;
• Bexc3xafnvloedingsvaardighede;
• Kreatiewe denke.

Main purpose of the position:Identifying, retaining and developing talent internally and externally. Ensure adequate talent and effective talent management.Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
• 3 years' experience in the human resources field; (succession planning, talent pipeline/s, recruitment and training);
• 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
• Valid driver's license.
