A classic wine farm is looking for a TASTING ROOM AMBASSADOROne of South Africas most iconic wine and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable Tasting Room Ambassador to join their passionate team. If you have a love for fine wine, a talent for storytelling, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to represent a world-renowned brand in the heart of the Cape Winelands.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Provide high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Wine knowledge and/or experience in a hospitality environment (min 2 years preferred).
- WSET training preferred
- Candidates must be from Stellenbosch or nearby areas and have their own reliable transport.
