Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling bank statements.
Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documentation.
Process general ledger entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing financial statements.
Provide support with company secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records and filing necessary documents.
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Handle administrative tasks related to financial and tax matters, including data entry and document management.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Tax, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in tax administration and/or bookkeeping is an advantage.
Exposure to company secretarial duties is highly beneficial.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a junior position with in-house training provided.
