This company has been I the forefront of innovation in the industry and they continue to grow and dominate the market. This opportunity will put you in the middle of the companies daily operations and will provide ample exposure in the industry. The incumbent will be responsible to the management of the tax and finance function, including the compliance of local and international tax legislation and the optimization of the companies tax strategyResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategy
- Dealing with international tax compliance
- Country-by- country reports
- Transfer pricing calculations and reviewing
- Withholding tax calculations and compliance
- Dealing with foreign tax authorities
- Providing assistance regarding Merger and Acquisition transactions
- Dealing with Cross boarder transactions
- Reviewing tax accounts for half year and year end reporting
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- Postgraduate in taxation is highly beneficial
- 5+ years tax experience is essential
- 2+ years managerial experience is essential
- International and Transfer pricing experience is essential
- Manufacturing or Consumer goods industry experience is beneficial.
