Job Description
BGR Alluvium Incorporated is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team of professionals in Stellenbosch.
The candidate will be jointly responsible for the tax department, must be able to advise and assist clients with all tax related queries, must have experience in objections and appeals and have attention to detail.
DUTIES
Preparation and submission of various income tax returns Tax consultations Lodging objections and/or appeals Attend to tax practitioner's appointments at SARS branch offices
TRAINING
Staff supervision; management and training
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Income tax related degree/Diploma in Taxation 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of taxation Working knowledge of SARS e-filing system. Proficient in English and Afrikaans Excellent computer proficiency, with advanced experience in Excel; Valid drivers licence
