If you are driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference in students' lives and wish to contribute to an institution that values academic excellence, connection, and student success, we would love to hear from you.Join us on our journey of shaping futures!Rosebank College, Cape Town have posts available as Part Time Supervisors and Markers: Teaching Experience in Bachelor of Education in the Foundation Phase, Bachelor of Education in the Intermediate Phase, and Early Childhood Development to be based in the above-mentioned area.Job Purpose:The supervisor role will be required to observe and assess student teachers that are studying the Bachelor of Education in the Foundation Phase, the Intermediate Phase and the Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Development at The IIE. The supervisor is required to visit a student teacher once at a particular school and mark their associated Portfolios of Evidence. The supervisor is required to provide developmental feedback and support the student teacher through a 4-5-week school-based work integrated learning.Competencies:

Minimum Education Requirements:

• A minimum of a 4-year BEd degree OR a three-year bachelor's degree (i.e., BSC, BCom, BA) + a PGCE in the Foundation Phase or the Intermediate Phase.
• An Honours (NQF8) and or a master's degree (NQF9) in Education or a related field will be advantageous.

• Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the associated phase in which they will supervise students.Working Conditions:

• Please note that this is a Part Time role.
• You are required to have your own vehicle or alternative mode of transport and be familiar with the abovementioned area/s.
