Office Administration or Business Administration Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Strong administration skills, including planning and management of training facilities.
Advanced MS Office Skills.
Strong presentation Skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills (relate well to people internally and externally).
High level of motivation.
Planning, organizing and co-ordinating.
ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS
SAP knowledge/experience time management, training event management and reporting.
SRM knowledge/experience.
Travel Management
Event coordination
ROLE:
Coordinate meetings, plan Talent management initiatives and track projects.
Venue bookings and logistics-related training events (and external events) held in the Training Academy).
Initiate and process all shopping carts and purchase orders for Talent Management.
Manage office supplies and ensure adequate levels thereof.
Coordinate team activities.
Administer time management for the Talent Management team including monitoring clocking errors on SAP, leaving admin and ticket coordination with HR Services (where needed).
Compile reports where required.
Support in the implementation of various projects in the Talent Management team.
