Job Summary
The Team Assistant in the Premium & High Value environment provides high-level administrative and organizational support to leadership. The role requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven industry. The Team assistant acts as a key liaison, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting strategic business functions.
Executive Support: + Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings.
+ Prioritize and handle incoming correspondence, calls, and emails.
+ Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Document & Report Preparation: + Draft, edit, and format financial documents, reports, and presentations.
+ Assist in preparing leadership packs and compliance documentation.
Travel & Meeting Coordination: + Organize travel and detailed itineraries, where applicable
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Administrative & Office Management: + Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
+ Support event planning for internal and client-facing functions.
+ Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation complies with internal policies and industry regulations.
Confidentiality & Compliance: + Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
+ Ensure all administrative processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements


Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in banking, finance, or a highly regulated environment. Strong understanding of financial terminology, confidentiality protocols, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities. Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience & Education:3+ years in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role in a financial institution or corporate setting. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with CRM systems, expense platforms (like Concur), and document management tools.
