Job SummaryHire Resolve's client in solar manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Team Lead Installation Electrician to join their team in Western Cape.Responsibilities:xc2xb7 1. Solar PV electrical installationso Grid tied inverter installations with integration to the incoming supplyo Battery backup installations with integrated PV either full or partial backupo Commissioning of systemso Setting up of internet monitoringo Installation of monitoring systemsxc2xb7 2. Solar system maintenanceo Pre-emptive maintenance inspectionso Callouts from clientxc2xb7 3. Electrical workso Separating essential and non essential consumerso Energy efficiency measures such as changing lights and appliances.o Site visitso Creating material listsxc2xb7 4. Management of Installation Teamso Management of Teams and subcontractors including but not limited to:o Safety File Managemento Tool box talkso Guiding and training of Installation staffo Monthly Tool box inspectiono Ensuring Job cards are completed accurately and timeouslyo Ensuring installations run smoothly and completed in the allocated timeo Working closely with PM for Calendar planningo Conducting pre installation site visitso Checking material lists pre installationo Providing feedback to Management to implement better processeso Ensuring that all installation works are Electrically and OHS compliant and issuing COC'so Ensuring that teams are briefed correctlyxc2xb7 5. Diverse taskso Review and update material listso Update project progress lists such as Monday's/ teams/ similar systemo Team communication via Microsoft Teams or relevant channelRequirements

• Applicable NQF level qualification for Electricians
• Wireman's licence, mandatory
• Certified Installation Electrician
• COC testing and sign-off single phase - mandatory
• COC testing and sign-off 3 phase - Mandatory
