Job Description


Our client in the petrochemical industry is looking for a Team Lead: ITSM OperationsKey Responsibilities

  • Provide input to and implement approved IT service management strategies by managing and updating a business relevant IT service portfolio
  • Develop ITSM tactical plans and standards and policies in support of the ITSM strategy
  • Contribute to and socialise a customer-facing service catalogue.
  • Track service availability trends and providing insights to proactively improve service delivery
  • Align delivery on SLAs according to defined ITSM roles and responsibilities and procedures including third-party suppliers/vendors
  • IT Service Management Operations team including IT service desk and desktop
  • support capabilities in providing services to end users
  • Effectively provide IT customers with standard services within SLA such as systems access and IT equipment

Minimum Requirement
  • 8 years' experience managing IT support, services, and key processes including incident, change, service request and major-incident management.
  • Experience with vendor management, including demonstrated success in conducting
  • RFPs and vendor service transitions.
  • Experience leading technology change and deployments.
  • Awareness of workplace analytics tools
