Job Description


Job Objectives

  • Supervise the work of administrators and ensure compliance with quality and governance procedures as directed by management
  • Staff Management. Conduct performance reviews, manage leave requests and assist with training and recruiting.
  • Management and ownership of all AR and Billing related functions for multiple entities.
  • Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings
  • Investigation and resolution of queries. Identify and report on trends
  • Ensure SLAs and deadlines are met and adhered to in line with departmental/company policies
  • Organize monthly meetings to communicate information and guidance from management and to review policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Prepare accurate, regular reports on projects set out by management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Management / Leadership Qualification
  • Financial Certificate / Diploma (Bookkeeping, Accounting)
Job Experience
  • Min 5 years working experience in a Debtors / Accounts Receivable environment
  • Min 3 years proven working experience in a supervisory role (Debtors/Accounts)
  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Exposure to Telecoms Industry
