To take demand from walk-in customer or any cash, sales and service-related matters, whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within the required parameters.This role could potentially operate across different areas/branches in the Cape Winelands: Eerste Rivier, Franschhoek, Helderberg, Somerset West and StellenboschQualificationsMinimum Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)

• 3-4 years experience in branch processes, products and systems with sound understanding of bank policies.
• Experience in the application of coaching techniques would be beneficial, as part of having led a team
