We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Client Services to join our client's team.Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support and guidance to your team, ensuring compliance with internal processes and client SLA requirements.
Monitor and manage various aspects of client services, including ADMs, PIRs, accounting queries, and refunds.
Conduct daily briefs, debriefs, and quarterly performance appraisals to facilitate the achievement of team targets.
Support your team in problem-solving, training, and succession planning while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Head of Client Services and HR Department to coordinate disciplinary processes and support change management initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client services.
Technical Certification: Competency at an Intermediate Gold level in the Wings Consultant Technical Evaluation and Advanced Level in English Business Writing.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a consultancy role, with previous experience in a junior management role being advantageous.
