They are currently expanding their business and in need of Team Leader to join their team.The company is an innovative South African Insurance company that has received numerous accolades for its service and products. We pride ourselves in exceptional Leadership. We currently looking to employee a number of Team Leaders due to growth within the business.

Basic xe2x80x93 Negotiable plus funeral, life and medical insurance
Commissions xe2x80x93 Uncapped with an on-target average of between R8,500 and R14,000 depending on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team to reach daily targets,
• Holding daily meetings before the shift
• Open communication culture: always promoting honesty and integrity
• Setting clear team goals for the day the week and the month
• Oversee day to day operation,
• Monitoring team performance
• Reporting on sales metrics
• Providing development and training for the team
• Resolving conflict of team on all issues
• Rewarding high performance with incentives

Requirements and skills:

• Matric with a clear criminal record is a Must!
• 3years experience as a Team Leader in a high-pressure outbound sales environment is a Must!
• FAIS, RE5, DOFA advantage,
• Long term insurance an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Excellent MS Excel skills intermediate to advanced knowledge,
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
