Job Description
Our client is seeking a Team Leader to establish and grow their presence in Hermanus, covering the region from Gansbaai to Pringle Bay.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of waterproofing technicians
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Perform hands-on waterproofing work when needed
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain health & safety standards on-site
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent service
- Minimum 3 years of experience in waterproofing or construction
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques & materials
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Drivers license - Non negotiable
