To provide operational support to a team of Proactive Sales Consultants and ensure that they proactively canvass new profitable business through a collaborative approach with all relevant business partners and stakeholders within the branch network.
Oversee the application of and the outputs from the measurement system within sales environment (e.g., employer value banking (EVB) activity portal) and ensures that all sales results for the team are accurately tracked on the EVB activity portal.
Proactively originate / create business opportunities for team members by engaging and networking with relevant stakeholders.
Source new business opportunities from other business units under the Standard Bank umbrella through effective relationship management.
