This globally household brand is looking for a Technical Accountant to join their team. This company has been in the forefront of innovation in the industry and they continue to grow and dominate the market. This opportunity will put you in the middle of the companies daily operations and will provide ample exposure in the industry. This role will have you rubbing shoulders with an influential management team. Applicants must be an assertive individual. Individuals with a short notice period are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:
- Implementation of consistent accounting solutions
- IFRS Compliance and standards
- Preparation and review of Annual Financial Statements
- Writing accounting opinions and position papers
- Assisting in the planning and running of internal annual audits
- Completed CA(SA) accreditation is non-negotiable.
- 3 to 6 years post article experience in the commercial industry
- Multi-currency experience is essential
- Manufacturing, FMCG and construction industry experience is preferred
