Learn more at experianplc.com.Working in DA Application Support contributing to customer support and service levels by providing 2nd line business and Technical and Business related product support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set. Work will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (including investigate & resolve), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and system optimisations.

  • An innovation and inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving data and analysis problems
  • Perform investigations end to end (both technical and business)
  • Perform changes within the Technical Area ie: config, sql queries, groovy scripts etc.
  • Perform changes within the Business Strategy Area ie: perform changes within the PCx Studio
  • Know the steps that must be taken to investigate / correct application problems
  • Confident working in a client facing role. Attend client calls when required to resolve incidents or provide consultancy on client requirements.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and problem solve to drive results
  • Ability to adapt to changes within team and organization.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Carry out the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of own work.
  • Follow Team procedures and processes
Qualifications
  • IT Degree or equivalent standard
  • Good SQL knowledge
  • Third party software understanding
  • ITIL
