Job Description


KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a business or technical analyst, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in business analysis methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-site rollout projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and deployment models.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL operational processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience within the IT industry or relevant domains.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in working with ITIL processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for web or cloud-based applications.
  • Understanding of public cloud platform offerings, with experience in cloud application development and testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to think analytically and conceptually.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • A degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications and detailed user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and global plant colleagues to ensure proper implementation of business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Proactively anticipate future requirements and integrate them into planning processes.
  • Break down complex requirements into manageable, actionable tasks aligned with Agile principles.
  • Oversee and manage application rollouts across multiple locations, ensuring:
  • Clear communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Development and execution of comprehensive rollout strategies.
  • Identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Smooth deployment and onboarding at each site.
  • Post-deployment support, including issue resolution during testing and rollout phases.
  • Collection of feedback to refine future rollout processes.
  • Provide operations support (2nd and 3rd level).
  • Lead manual testing within Agile sprints, including:
  • Driving automation efforts by defining business acceptance criteria.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Documenting and sharing testing outcomes.
  • Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, users, and the development team.
  • Coordinate activities across various teams to ensure smooth project progression.
