As a

Technical Business Analyst

, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and optimizing business and system processes to support the company's technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to ensure seamless system functionality, integration, and scalability

Business & System Analysis:

Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Identify gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system solutions align with business needs. Conduct impact assessments for new features, changes, and integrations.

Technical Responsibilities:

Analyse and document APIs, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance. Review API specifications, endpoints, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms. Collaborate with developers to ensure API integrations align with system requirements. Assist in troubleshooting API-related issues, including debugging errors and analysing logs. Evaluate data structures, database schemas, and system architectures to ensure efficient data flow and storage. Support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external platforms. Work with testing teams to define test cases and validate system functionality. You have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. System Analysis & Documentation - Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively. API Analysis & Integration - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Data Analysis & Database Knowledge - Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and data structures.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting - Strong debugging skills for identifying and resolving system and API-related issues.

Process Mapping & Optimization - Experience with process flow diagrams, system workflows, and identifying inefficiencies. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies. Technical Documentation - Ability to create system documentation, API specifications, and user guides. Communication & Collaboration - Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, and testers. Attention to Detail - Ability to identify small but critical issues in system design and implementation.
