Technical Consultant
Job Description
Excellent knowledge of heat pumps and panels
Deal with inbound calls and client inquiries
Provide support telephonically to clients for troubleshooting issues
Specify product requirements
Liaise with sales consultantSkills & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience within the plumbing industry involving heat pumps and hot water storage tanks
Proficient with heat pumps for residential, industrial and commercial industry
Well spoken in both Afrikaans and English
Team player
Pro-active and quality consciousQualification:
